The modern constitution of the company was recently updated and formalized in 2008, but it has its roots in a long history that began in 1988 with Frigerio Giancarlo & C. s.n.c., of which it maintains all the activities and resources for the sandblasting and painting of metal products on behalf of third parties.

The production activity has developed up to a total extension of 20,000 m² of which 5,500 m² constitute an indoor production area.

Here all the treatment and coating processes of metal products for third parties are carried out in the 12 painting areas, 2 sandblasting areas and 1 washing area.

In the remaining surface there is space for a 1,500 m² heated warehouse and an area intended for product storage, where customers have the opportunity to carry out assemblies of finished products on site, or leave finished, assembled or packaged products in storage.

The continuous requests of our customers have highly specialized the processing of products for the Oil & Gas sector, which today constitutes about 90% of the processes performed.

The company has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certification, pursuing the objective of ensuring compliance with the requirements relating to the product and in response to the need to satisfy its customers.

Following the specialization in the Oil & Gas sector, there was a need to improve the quality system to achieve compliance with the ISO 29001:2020 standard, specially designed and developed to align with the specific needs of the sector.
