It has a production area of 12.000 m2 located in Cantù, in the province of Como, and adopts manufacturing processes certified according to main industry standards.

The phases of each process are traceable and verified to obtain high quality standards.
ABRASIVE BLASTING
Cleaning of metal surfaces by abrasion using a suitable abrasive, for the purpose to prepare the surface for the subsequent painting or metallization processes.
COATING
Coating of metal surfaces with liquid paints, sprayed evenly several times using professional airless and conventional pumps.
METALLIZATION
Coating of previously sandblasted metal surfaces, with thermal spray application of zinc or aluminium wire at variable thickness, adding molten metal through electric arc system.
Frigerio Giancarlo s.r.l. performs work on behalf of third parties, especially for the Oil & Gas sector. The products processed in its factory are checked at each stage of production and, upon request, it is possible to issue reports relating to the processes performed.
